Sometimes I wonder if we’re actually more connected these days, or just better at being distracted. It’s easy to meet people, but being truly present? That’s a different story.

I’ve learned that great relationships aren't found, they are BUILT, and sometimes rebuilt, with real intentionality.

You can’t just expect a relationship to work because you found the “right” person. It’s not about settling IN or settling FOR; it’s about consciously settling ON someone, choosing to build with them every day. It takes effort, honest conversations, and a willingness to get things wrong and try again.

Relationships remind me a lot of my work as a designer. In design, nothing great happens by accident—you have to be intentional, test ideas, learn from mistakes, and keep iterating. So I started to wonder: what if we brought that same mindset to our connections with each other?

As a designer, I’ve learned to see everything as an ecosystem—one that needs regular care, active listening, and a willingness to adapt.

It’s a lot like tending a garden: you can’t just plant something and walk away. You have to water it, pay attention, and sometimes get your hands dirty. That’s where the real growth happens, in both design and relationships.

RXD is my way of poking at this idea: what if we actually designed our connections, instead of leaving them to chance? What if we decided to consciously choose how our shared 'house' feels on the inside—whether it's a place of peace, adventure, or quiet comfort?

No big answers here—just a lot of experiments, honest moments, and the occasional “what am I even doing?”

It’s not about having all the answers, it’s about being willing to build, reflect, and keep showing up.

That’s just where I’m at right now. If you’re as curious as I am, let’s see where this goes.
